A true gem in northern Layton.
They have recently added a lunch buffet. They may still be tweaking it. I would suggest ordering off the menu, even at lunch. Currently, the buffet offers a limited selection, and dishes that are normally spicy or flavorful are toned down.
You will never be disappointed with anything you order off the menu. They will also take your word for it if you ask for something spicy!
This review requested 5 stars, but the online form is not keeping the star rating. Looks like a previous poster had the same issue. If this review says zero stars, it should say five! |

If I had a chance to list 6 or 7 stars I would. The service was impeccable and the food was exquisite. My wife and I truly enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. The portions were perfect for the cost and even the kids menu was great for our 10 year old.
My leftovers even had my co-workers in Salt Lake City thinking about a trip up to Layton to give it a try. Great restraunt, great change of pace from the standard places available in the area. Having the owner come by our table to ensure it was what we expected was something that perfected the visit. We were almost waiting to see the chef so we could compliment him too.
Great Job hands down, we will definately be back. |

We were a little nervous due to the one low review regarding tikka masala. (Not to worry, it was excellent.) Everything was very good. It was cool that naan came with each entree. The atmosphere was very pleasant as well as the employees were very friendly. The only down side we found was that the American Express card was not accepted. We will definitely tell others about this yummy restaurant because we want it to stay! |

This is probably the best Greek/Mid-Eastern/Indian Resturant I have been to in the US. The food is authentic and excellent. The people are very nice and always make me and my guests feel like family. The chicken tika masala was not good. The masala was too sweet unlike the authentic dish. I would not advise anyone to try it. |

This is a great restaurant to have closer to the North. The lunch menus are priced very attractively. The food is fantastic and the service is great. The only thing which may be noticed by people who have eaten at other Indian places is that the curry tastes a little bit like tomato sauce. But all in all, a great meal. |

The food here is spectacular! The curry I ate was so good, such a wonderful and exotic flavor. The owner was kind and went out of his way to thank us for coming in, the decor was beautiful. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars was because of our waitress, she talked WAY too much and ruined the whole atmosphere. She gave us our food and refilled my water just fine, but I am not so sure she is the best girl for the job. Other than her, this restaraunt is to die for! I will be eating there on a regular basis, I will just have to ignore the waitress the best I can. |

I was so pleased with this resteraunt. I didn't expect it to be as nice as it was. The food, service & atmosphere was PERFECT! This is my new favorite resteraunt. Very filling and the taste of the food was soooo good. Both of the store owners came over and made sure our dinner was to our expectations...and it was beyond our expectations. Go to Kasbah Grill and you won't regret it. |
